Issues with Forza Horizon 4 Online Connectivity. I fixed it. I have Cloudflare WARP (ALSO KNOWN AS 1.1.1.1) installed on my computer, and I did not know there was a Service that always started on startup, called "Cloudflare WARP". Going to Startup Apps in settings does not display this, as it is a network service not an application.
